A teaser for now of my next icon project

I had a dream that I was on a big freight ship that was flying over the ocean. I had some kind of girly Indiana Jones getup on, and I was traveling with an African-American version of Sailor Mars. We were protecting some kind of Egyptian treasure or something, but someone teleported the treasure away, so we had to go rifle through this mad scientist's lair to find it. I got distracted fiddling around with a cool metal puzzle the scientist had on a bookshelf, and Sailor Mars scolded me, so then I went back to trying to find the treasure. I never found it, but Mars found some other cool treasure and all kinds of neat mad science stuff, so we loaded it up and took that with us instead. I picked up a special thermos and a ray-gun. Then we both went to a coffeeshop and argued over whether coffee was nasty or not. (It is.)

It was pretty neat.

This rp takes place in the year 2006. It is 8 years after the war. The wizarding world has worked to rebuild and start anew. Hogwarts has a new headmistress and has welcomed two new members of staff to their ranks. Despite all the things that happened during the war the school remained open and the houses have grown more united in the following years. Things certainly have changed at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy.

Please note that this is an OC RP, that means you will not under any circumstances be able to play a canon character, the only exception to that is members of staff at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy. While we are not officially affiliated with hogwartsishome this RP was designed and made specifically for HIH members only.

Dog Soldiers is interesting for the think-on-your-feet thing. The cinematography works well. I don't usually watch military-type movies so it sort of loses me on that point; though the werewolf bit is good. I haven't finished the movie yet, but I get the feeling that one or two of them are now wolvish.

I need mood themes "Lol" and "House M.D."

Author, sweetie. I love your story. I really do. It's compelling, the characters are IC, the plot is a favorite of mine. But here's my problem: About 30 chapters into your epic, all of a sudden you change your tone, voice and point of view so that this one character can share this long and involved history. This history of his is in its own chapter and when copied to Word is 15 pages long. I have been jarred completely out of your story. I'm going to finish reading, but I'm insanely confused. I know you could have dropped this information throughout your story instead of devoting an entire chapter to an info dump. I know you could have handled the whole thing so much better than simply cramming all of it into one chapter in a different style, voice and point of view. If this random change of style/voice/pov/etc. was something consistent throughout your story, I'd forgive you. But it's not.
